The staff were quick to solve any problems, like when we had no hot water one day. The beds were really comfy, especially the one upstairs in the loft apartment. The location was great, just a short walk away from the town center and museums. The apartment itself was nicely styled, clean, and had all the facilities we needed. We also appreciated the tin of treats left for us and the wet room was a nice touch. Lastly, we recommend requesting rooms 1525 or 1527 for more space if you have 4 people sharing.
